Former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj has reacted on social networks after the news was made public that he has been charged again by SPAK, but this time for another charge, related to the privatization of the former Buka factory.

He considers this news as a confirmation of what he said earlier that "there is an organized political-media segment financed by incinerators, with tentacles in justice, who try to build a 'black sheep' in me, beyond the head really black of the flock".

Regarding the news that is circulating, I don't know how true it is, but I wouldn't be surprised at all in the wake of the organized persecution for almost a year and a half and more.

The latest facts published by the media have proven what I have said, that there is an organized political-media segment financed by incinerators, with tentacles in justice, who try to build a "black sheep" in me, beyond the real head black of the flock.

If the news is true, then this would be the biggest legal controversy. I kindly challenge you from the media to take the file and "expose" it in detail.

What is the essence of that file?

The former owners of one of that company's assets have disputed the independent valuation of the company's shares. Independent appraisers, based on the law, made the appraisal, which did not satisfy the former owners of one of the company's assets. If what the former owners wanted was realized, the state's shares would be reduced several times. So basically, by applying the law, the state's shares have been protected.
