He was arrested for raping his father/ the 37-year-old man's social

A 37-year-old man has fallen into the hands of the Shkodra police after threatening and violating his father, who was provided with a protection order from him, as well as having an imitation weapon in his possession.

The arrested person is a citizen of RS, 37 years old, a resident of Shkodër.

Following the procedural actions for the case, the Police services conducted checks in the 37-year-old's apartment, where they found an imitation firearm.

Also, the verifications showed that in a rented premises, he managed, through computers and other electronic devices, the accounts he had on Facebook and on the Web, in which he posted insults and defamations against various citizens, some of them with functions public.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Intimidation", "Domestic violence", "Insult", "Defamation", "Unjust interference in private life" ", "Unauthorized production and possession of hunting and sports weapons" and "Actions contrary to the court's decision".
