Journalist Ferdinand Dervishi spoke today regarding the investigations into the interference in SPAK systems.

In a television studio, Dervishi said that it was a bug in the system where they had access to at least three email addresses, which had the same password.

According to the journalist, several files, investigations, and numerous materials were obtained through this access.

"Initially, doubts and insinuations were raised about how the files had been leaked from SPAK, while later it was learned that there had been an intervention in the system. The investigation revealed that someone had attempted to access the official SPAK website. An email page appeared there requesting login credentials and displaying the names of prosecutors. How is it possible that we are talking about SPAK and that you can access the official website so simply, where if you have a prosecutor's password, you can directly access his work, secret files and investigative materials? The person who accessed the system had access to at least three email addresses and, strangely, all three had the same password: 'SPAK@2019'. Through this access, several files, investigations and numerous materials that were considered interesting were obtained. Precisely because of the simple method of access, the case has not been officially classified as 'hacking' in the classic sense, but as a failure of internal security", -said Dervishi. /CNA
