"Not granting permission for Beler's oath"/ Rama supports the

From reading the reasoned decision of GJKKO on not granting permission for the oath of the elected mayor of Himara, I see fit to publicly underline the following:

1. The General Directorate of Prisons' failure to grant permission to swear in the conditions of detention ultimately results in a correct legal position, just as the special court's rejection of the request is clearly legible and easily understandable.

2. The fact that the elected mayor of Himara remains so until the end of the trial and only the announcement with a final decision will determine his possibility to swear in case of innocence or his inability to remain mayor in case guilt, is also clearly legible and easily understood.

3. Referral by GJKKO of the impasse that is created in the temporary succession of office by the losing candidate, as long as the elected mayor remains in custody, while the mayor still in office does not have the legitimacy to run the municipality in the absence of the winner , makes clearly readable and easily understandable the need to get out of this impasse through the termination of the losing candidate's tenure, based on the best European practices for providing public services in the municipality of Himara.

In conclusion, this reasoned decision of GJKKO is an indisputable legal confirmation of the "Beleri case" as a matter of justice, the assessment of politics or indeed of central government bodies. Also, the reasoning of this decision creates a positive premise for addressing the aforementioned impasse.
