The Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, has spoken about the new energy prices proposed for bakeries.

During her speech, Balluku announced that bakeries consume about 66 million kilowatts per year, and this translates into a figure of about 500 million ALL for the company.

The minister added that the process is being watched carefully for both sides.

"Bakeries consume about 66 million kilowatts per year. It is one of the most important customers that we have connected in our system and on the other hand it has always been an open debate, without a permanent solution that would certainly accommodate the need of your association, but on the other hand it would not be damaged and OSHEE.

You know very well the great struggle we have had to improve this system, either from the technical side, the Distribution Operator, or from the financial side, which has to do with both invoicing and revenue collection.

Therefore, the whole process was done with care for both parties, for the bakeries and the business, but also for OSHEE because as I told you, 66 million kilowatts per year is an important figure translated into 500 million lek for the company ", said Balluku./ CNA
