GJKKO has released from prison the construction entrepreneur in the warehouse owned by the SP deputy, Bujar Çela, where the explosion happened a few days ago.
GJKKO has stated that the arrest of Leonard Gjini is illegal.
Thus, the Special Court has changed the decision of the Court of Fier, which left in prison the entrepreneur of the company that had undertaken the works in the warehouse.
Gjini himself has denied the accusations, claiming that he signed a regular contract with the deputy to build the warehouse, but his company never started the work.
According to him, the workers who were present at the facility on the day of the explosion were not known to him and did not belong to the construction company he owns.
In the meantime, the suspension from duty for 5 officials of the municipality and IMT has been left in force.
