Metani speaks with numbers in "Laws": We investigated 109 magistrates

The head of the ILD, Artur Metani, while reporting to the Law Commission, said that the institution he leads has investigated 109 magistrates. 

"The ILD has investigated 109 magistrates, 40 legal proceedings have been presented before the councils. 6 have been dismissed by the councils. The issues raised by complaints are being raised daily in a more professional manner. All the complaints that were appealed, for the last year there were 60 complaints "I can't say exactly how many days it takes to process a complaint," Metani said. 

Metani emphasized that there have not been few complaints that have arrived at ILD for GJKKO and SPAK. 

"There were complaints about GJKKO and SPAK. For SPAK there were 81 complaints, 54 were handled, 27 in the process. For GJKKO there were 41 complaints, for the appeal there were 40 complaints, 35 were handled, 5 are in the process", said Metani. /CNA
