Court of Durrës

The Court of Durrës has decided as a security measure that of house arrest for the citizens: TD and VK 

The two people were arrested three days ago with 80,000 euros in the car and it is suspected that the amount of money was stolen from EU banks.

THE COURT DECIDED:

Validation as legal of the arrest in flagrante delicto of the person under investigation VK. The appointment as a coercive personal security measure against the person under VK investigation, that of "House Arrest" provided by Article 237 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, obliging the person under VK investigation to stay and not leave his apartment located in Shijak, Hardhishte village, private apartment, 2-storey.

It is ordered the immediate release of the person under VK investigation from the detention facilities if he is not held or if he should not be held arrested, detained or convicted for any other criminal offense. The appointment as a coercive personal security measure against the person under TD investigation, that of "House arrest" provided by Article 237 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, forcing the person under TD investigation to stay and not leave his apartment located in Fushë -Kruje, Zalle, private apartment, 2-storey.

It is ordered the immediate release of the person under TD investigation from the detention facilities if he is not held or if he should not be held arrested, detained or convicted for any other criminal offense.

The implementation and supervision of this measure should be done by judicial police officers who cover the place of residence of the person under investigation.

Against this decision, an appeal can be made to the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction, within 5 (five) days, starting from the day after the notification of the reasoned decision. /CNA
