The 60 million euro land affair is one of the biggest corrupt schemes, which was born after the signing of the concessionary monopoly contract for the Tirana landfill, which also included the construction of an incinerator, which, today, after 7 years, does not exist.

SPAK has arrested one of the directors of the municipality, Taulant Tusha. Also on the charge are the owners of the incinerator, Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri, fugitives, but the case is still under investigation./ CNA
