In the Laws Commission, the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, clarified that the Special Structure he leads can conduct investigations in case of violations only for judges of the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court and prosecutors of the General Prosecutor's Office.
He emphasized that the SPAK is also attentive to the decisions of the KPK, where if there are indications of corruption, an investigation is launched for the subjects.
"We only have jurisdiction over judges of the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court and prosecutors of the General Prosecutor's Office. There are 4 prosecuted, they have not passed the vetting process. A guilty verdict has been given for one. We have confiscated their assets. It should not be addressed everything to SPAK, because the law has not given us. We must be attentive to the decisions of the KPK when the subject has committed corruption. We have conducted investigations and registered criminal proceedings for certain subjects ", said Dumani. /CNA
