On Wednesday, the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, is reporting to the Laws Commission on the work of the Special Structure during 2023. 

In his speech, Duman emphasized that "we are prosecutors and not visitors, we collect evidence and do not accuse without it". 

He emphasized that representatives of DEA and FBI are near SPAK for cooperation. 

"SPAK as a team has shown that there is an improvement in work compared to a year ago. These numbers reflect the work, effort and professionalism of 18 prosecutors and other staff. The entire body of SPAK has investigated 820 materials, for which 113 materials have not been decided to start the investigation. 53 requests for judgment were sent to the court, 38 requests of a corrupt nature. Assets worth 41 million euros have been seized. We are prosecutors and not visitors, we collect evidence and do not accuse without it. The numbers are stubborn about penal policies. The measure of arrest and imprisonment accounts for only 49% of the total for which a security measure has been requested. The total imprisonment by order of SPAK is 8.5%. As for cooperation with international institutions, we have managed to have credibility and cooperation with partner institutions. DEA representatives are stationed in SPAK", he said./ CNA
