Today, the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, is reporting to the Law Commission on the work of this institution during 2023.

Before him, Dumani has many familiar faces, not because of the position they hold, but because of the investigations that the Prosecutor's Office is conducting against them.

Monika Kryemadhi, Xhemal Qefalia, Olta Xhaçka, Eduard Ndreca, Nasip Naço, Damian Gjiknuri are part of this Commission.

Some of them have given accounts to SPAK for various issues.

Monika Kryemadhi is being investigated by SPAK for wealth and lobbying.

Deputy Olta Xhaçka , who is next to Duman, is under investigation for 3 cases for which she is accused.

First, there is the report of the former deputy of the DP, the former Chief of Staff of the Army, Xhemal Gjunkshi, who reported in 2019 the minister Olta Xhaçka, after going during the local elections of that year with the army helicopter to campaign.

The brother of the SP deputy, Xhemal Qefalia , is accused of abusing the tenders where he benefited from millions of euros.
