Tik Tok shutdown/ Date revealed, here's when access will be blocked

The National Cybersecurity Authority has requested the necessary measures to block access to the Tik Tok application by taking actions such as blocking TikTok IPs, blocking TikTok DNS, blocking SNI (Server Name Indications), and blocking ByteDance company IPs.

According to the order, every operator/entrepreneur providing electronic communications services/networks under the general authorization regime must respect the restrictions on transmissions of illegal or harmful content set by AKSK.

Also, each entrepreneur (ISP) must submit written confirmation to AKEP and for the knowledge of AKSK, for the closure of access to the IPs and domains cited in the AKSK letter, by March 13, 2025.

So by March 13, access to the Tik Tok platform will be blocked./ CNA
