Today marks 120 days since the lies and public deception of Erion Veliaj and his family's journalist, his media soldier Mero Baze, regarding the claims and accusations against Prosecutor Ols Dado.

120 days have passed and neither Erion Veliaj, who is in prison on 13 charges for 5 serious criminal offenses, nor Mero Baze are proving with facts or documents the claims against prosecutor Ols Dado, who according to them requested additional information on the construction permit and since he received the alleged refusal from Veliaj, he has launched investigations against the mayor.

For 120 days, CNA has been demanding that Mero Baze and Erion Veliaj not publish the document signed by Ols Dado regarding the addition to the construction permit and the refusal signed by the mayor regarding this permit.

(But the document does not exist, just like the Tirana incinerator)

As we have emphasized before, these claims and accusations are nothing more than a simple attack on justice.

The fact is that Erion Veliaj has been caught with corruption, abuse of office, laundering criminal proceeds, bringing prohibited items into the cell, and concealing assets, 5 very serious offenses.

SPAK has closed Erion Veliaj's file and sent him for trial, where again Veliaj, even though he is facing accusations and facts, is afraid to face them and is continuing with the tactic of postponing court hearings.

Veliaj's claims

In point 135, Veliaj says that prosecutor Ols Dado obtained a building permit from the Municipality of Tirana and then requested an addition to the permit and this was refused.

While in point 136 of the document without a seal and signature, Erion treats this as a matter of "revenge" on the part of prosecutor Ols Dado, because, according to him, he was not granted a construction permit for the addition after he made a request.

Mero Baze says that, according to him, the investigation against Veliaj is being insistently requested by a prosecutor, who months ago had a personal conflict with him, regarding his requests for a construction permit outside the legal criteria that the municipality had.
