The parish of Shkodra has turned on the festive lights, bringing the Christmas atmosphere and a sense of joy to the city. The parish priest of Shkodra, Dom Vlash Palaj, also blessed the Bethlehem which was created by the believers.

The parish priest of Shkodra emphasized that Christmas lights represent above all the light of faith, hope and love, underlining that this period should not be seen simply as a time for fun or decoration, but as a moment to stop and get closer to spiritual values.

"The lighting of the lights personifies, first of all, that spiritual lighting. Therefore, be careful, because even the lights that are turned on in the streets and pedestrian areas are not for drinking tea and eating kebabs, they are a moment of reflection for this great event," said Palaj.
