Endrit Shabani was voted in the last plenary session as the People's Advocate. Shabani was the candidate who received the votes of 31 opposition deputies.
25 of these MPs were from the Democratic Party, with 21 of them being part of the closed list for the May 11 elections and 4 on the open list.
List of deputies:
Ina Zhupa - closed list
Agron Gjekmarkaj - closed list
Fidel Kreka - open list
Tritan Shehu – closed list
Klevis Balliu - closed list
Manjola Luku - closed list
Xhelal Mziu - closed list
Ledina Alolli - closed list
Klit Hoti - closed list
Kastriot Piroli - open list
Ema Bozdo - closed list
Saimir Korreshi - closed list
Luan Baci - closed list
Bujar Leskaj - closed list
Oerd Bylykbashi -closed list
Bledion Nallbati - closed list
Jorida Tabaku - open list
Bardh Spahia -closed list
Tomorr Alizoti - closed list
Arian Ndoja - open list
Besart Xhaferri - closed list
Igli Cara - closed list
Greta Bardeli - closed list
Elda Hoti - closed list
Enno Bozdo - closed list
Klodjana Copja -closed list
Flamur Hoxha - closed list
Which means, the people who have provided signatures on the closed list are political figures, so all of them are considered elite.
Exclude anyone else in politics like Jorida Tabaku, who can't even play the role of a fool, like the others, that we supposedly gave her for the grand coalition in the local elections.
But why did the People's Advocate hesitate to put forward an independent candidate for Tirana?
That everyone knew he wouldn't win, and that Ogerta Manastirliu, wherever the elections are, will beat him by 50 or 60 thousand votes?
The problem with losing the elections is not whether or not it gives the People's Advocate to an irresponsible political scoundrel like Endri Shabani.
The capital is won with votes, with structures, with spirit, which was missing, and is still missing.
That's how the opposition should give the representative in the Bank of Albania, the representatives in the boards, the Ombudsman, to the small parties and they have solved the problem, they have won the elections. Rama's stay as prime minister is in vain.
Let them forgive what they are entitled to by law and the Constitution, give it to Agron Shehaj, Adriatik Lapaj, the Shabans and their friends and this job is over. The next day, the DP comes to power.
Imagine when the political elite signs here, the closed list of the DP, and they want to pass it all off with an apology: 'Forgive us for the way things were.'
And in the end, everyone believes that there is a Rama-Berisha agreement. When in fact there is a bunch of stupid MPs who are being dragged by Ervin Salianji and some other scoundrels into the opposition's courtyard. /CNA
