The contract is signed/ The new building of DPSHTRR will cost over 700 million ALL  

The General Directorate of Road Transport Services has signed the contract for the construction of the new headquarters with the Hastoçi company. 

In this contract it is stated that the construction of the central building of DPSHTRR will cost 737.5 million ALL or 6.8 million euros.

The tender for the new DPSHTRR building was developed in two phases. The first phase was in November 2022 in which all bids were disqualified.

The matter was appealed to the Public Procurement Commission and the latter decided to reopen the competition.

In the second phase, the Hastoçi company was declared the winner with an offer of 737.5 million ALL.

The Italian architect Erind Bejleri and his Albanian studio Son Group have designed the building of this institution./ CNA
