The Constitutional Court has once again postponed the hearing for the consideration of the lawsuit of the Democratic Party against VKM for the actions for constructions without permission.

The constitutionalist has requested an authorization with the signatures of the 28 deputies who have signed the request for the party that will represent them.

After the postponement of the session, there was also a reaction from the deputy of the Democratic Party, Gazmend Bardhi, who described such a decision as absurd, since according to him, it is contrary to the 32-year-old practice.

Among other things, he adds that this is a blackmail of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

" Twitter blackmail of Mr. Rama has arrived at the Constitutional Court. Some of them have clearly received the Prime Minister's message regarding this issue. This is heavy. It has never happened that a Constitutional Court receives such mafia messages.

This is also the reason why I set other standards from time to time. If they are being blackmailed, let us know so that we don't waste time while the Prime Minister and the oligarchs make decisions. There is a direct blackmail of Edi Rama and this happens.

This is the first time this has happened. Has a 32-year practice. We have always been represented by the signature of the chairman of the group or in his absence by the deputy chairman of the group. Even Mrs. Kokona comes here as a representative of the Council of Ministers with a signature of the Prime Minister and not by Decision of the Council of Ministers. We have not raised it as a claim because this has been a 32-year practice", said Bardhi./ CNA.al
