The Directorate of Investigation in the Police Surveillance Agency in cooperation with the Directorate of AMP (Shkodër Region), after the investigations conducted under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance, General Jurisdiction Shkodër, has executed the decision of the Court, which has determined the measures personal insurance to the Police officers at the Shkodër Local Police Directorate, as follows:

- Personal security measure "House Arrest" for the police officer Commissar P. SH, currently on duty as Head of the Crime Investigation Section at the Shkodër Police Station, suspected of "Misuse of duty" carried out in cooperation and "Support of the perpetrator of the crime".

- The personal security measure "House Arrest" for the police officer Inspector TK, currently on duty as Assistant Specialist of Policing in Communities at the Shkodër Police Station, suspected of "Misuse of duty" committed in collaboration.

- The personal insurance measure "Prohibition of exiting the country" and "Suspension of the exercise of a duty or public service" for the police officer Head HK, currently with the duty of Deputy. Director of Crime Investigation at DVP Shkodër, suspected of "Abuse of duty", carried out in collaboration.

- The personal insurance measure "Prohibition of going abroad" and "Suspension of the exercise of a duty or public service" for the police officer Krye Komisar A. - Masën e sigurimit personal “Pezullimi i ushtrimit të një detyre a shërbimi publik” për punonjësin e policisë, Inspektor N. B., aktualisht me detyrë Ndihmës Specialist i Policimit në Komunitet pranë Komisariatit të Policisë Shkodër, i dyshuar për “Shpërdorim i detyrës”, e kryer në bashkëpunim.

- Masën e sigurimit personal “Pezullimi i ushtrimit të një detyre a shërbimi publik” për punonjësin e policisë, Inspektor S. P., aktualisht me detyrë Ndihmës Specialist i Policimit në Komunitet pranë Komisariatit të Policisë Shkodër, i dyshuar për “Shpërdorim i detyrës”, e kryer në bashkëpunim.

- Masën e sigurimit personal “Pezullimi i ushtrimit të një detyre a shërbimi publik” për punonjësin e policisë, Inspektor A. C., aktualisht me detyrë Ndihmës Specialist i Policimit në Komunitet pranë Komisariatit të Policisë Shkodër, i dyshuar për “Shpërdorim i detyrës”, e kryer në bashkëpunim.

The personal security measures were executed, after several months of investigations carried out by AMP under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Shkodër, evidence and facts were administered, proving that the above police officers, in cooperation with one - the other, by actions and inactions, abusing the powers given to you by the functional task, have favored the cultivation of narcotic plants in the Ana e Mali Shkodër Administrative Unit, as well as willfully neglected to take the necessary measures for prevention, evidence of cultivation and bringing the perpetrators and their accomplices to criminal responsibility, thus creating favorable conditions for their removal.
