SPAK has read today the complaint against the mayor of Mallakastra, Qerim Ismailaj.
It is learned that SPAK has requested a year in prison for the socialist mayor.
Sources indicate that Qerim Ismailaj was not present at today's hearing, where he was represented by a lawyer.
He is accused of falsifying forms, as he allegedly hid a sentence he received in the Greek state for violence in 1998.
In the declaration form, it is suspected that he hid this fact, while the investigations started after the Democratic Party's denunciation.
