The Special Appeals Chamber has decided today to uphold the dismissal of the prosecutor of the Durrës Prosecution Office, Madrid Kullolli.
The decision was made by the panel of judges, with chairwoman Ina Rama, rapporteur Rezarta Schuetz and three members Albana Shtylla, Mimoza Tasi, Natasha Mulaj.
"The adjudicatory panel of the Special Appeals Chamber, composed of Ina Rama as chairperson, Rezarta Schuetz as rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Mimoza Tasi, Natasha Mulaj as members, announced the decision on case no. 30/2024, dated 29.07.2024, which concerns the appeal of the reassessment subject Madrid Kullolli against the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission no. 758, dated 16.04.2024.
At the end of the trial in the deliberation room, the panel, based on Article 66, point 1, letter “a” of Law No. 84/2016, “On the temporary re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, unanimously decided:
Leaving into force decision no. 758, dated 16.04.2024 of the Independent Qualification Commission, concerning the reassessment subject Madrid Kullolli.
This decision is final and has immediate effect.
