Security measures appealed/ Today's hearing at the GJKKO for Balluk, Elez and Gjyli

Today at 11:00 AM, the appeal of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku and her subordinates will be reviewed at the Special Court of Appeal.

Balluku has requested the lifting of two security measures against her, that of detention abroad and suspension from duty.

The security measure has also been appealed by the head of the Albanian Regional Roads and Infrastructure Agency, Gentian Gjyli, who was placed under house arrest for the Llogara tunnel. Gjyli faces charges of violating equality in tenders.

The director of KESH, Erald Elezi, has also appealed the security measure, against whom the security measure "house arrest" has been imposed. Elezi is accused of violating equality in tenders./ CNA
