Journalist Klodiana Lala, invited to MCN TV, has provided details from the SPAK search of an apartment above Erion Veliaj's residence. 

Lala said that the apartment was also used by Gazmend Paja, while it is currently rented by two foreign citizens, but even though there is a rental contract, investigators suspect that this apartment was used by Erion Veliaj and Ajola Xoxa. 

" SPAK has received authorization from the court to search a premises located one floor above Mr. Veliaj's apartment.

Above Erion Veliaj's apartment, it was used by actor Gazment Paja. Currently, that apartment is rented by a Lebanese couple. The apartment is under a lease.

This apartment has resulted during the wiretapping, prosecutors claim, that it is de facto used by Mr. Veliaj and Xoxa, despite the fact that there is a rental contract for two foreigners, according to prosecutors, from the answers, it results that it is indirectly controlled by Mr. Veliaj and Mrs. Xoxa. They have obtained authorization from the court and the apartment has been searched. 

Cell phones, electronics have been taken, there are no results on what came out of this evidence. This is one of the strongest arguments that the prosecution used in the hearing two days ago. Veliaj and Abule appeared before the court and should have been familiarized with the investigative actions. Ols Dado said that 114 investigative actions have been carried out, the most important of which is the search of this apartment and the rest has to do with the examination of cell phones, documents, comparison of written data and questioning of persons who are aware of the circumstances of the investigation.

If the court determines that no investigative actions have been taken, the security measure may be changed.
