Tirana Incinerator/GJKKO announces verdict for defendants

The Criminal Court of Kosovo has announced the verdict for the defendants in the Tirana incinerator case.

Lefter Koka is sentenced to 3 years, 1/3 of the sentence is reduced due to the summary trial. In the end, the measure is terminated. He is also sentenced to not exercise public functions for 5 years.

Bledar Karoli - 3 years in prison with a shortened trial, the sentence is reduced to 2 years and 5 years of ban from public functions, termination of the prison arrest measure.
