Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku was part of the Donors' Conference held in Brussels, from where she announced that Albania has granted 1 million euros in aid to Turkey, to rebuild the cities devastated by the earthquakes.

The number two of the government emphasized that our country is in solidarity with Turkey, to be by its side in difficult days.

" The presence of the Albanian Government today at the Donors' Conference held in Brussels by the European Union Commission, but of course also by the Swedish Presidency, is an important moment of solidarity.

Populli ynë e ka provuar gjatë tërmetit të 2019 sesa i rëndësishëm qe dërgimi i solidaritetit nga të gjitha shtetet, sidomos nga shteti turk i cili nisi menjëherë skuadrat e shpëtimit, skuadrat më të specializuara që ekzistojnë në Europë.

Ashtu kemi bërë edhe ne nga momenti i parë, duke dërguar menjëherë një skuadër të përgatitur për ‘search and rescue’, por nga ana tjetër edhe një skuadër me mjek dhe me infermierë.

Por, sot këtu në konferencën e donatorëve ne kemi deklaruar se do të mbështesim këtë moment të vështirë për Turqinë me 1 milionë euro, të cilat do të përdoren për rindërtimin e qyteteve të rrënuara.
