The United Colleges leave the 2011 decision in force/

After about a month, the Joint Panels of the Supreme Court have issued a decision today, a decision that did not actually overturn the Joint Panels' decision of 2011.

So, today it was expected that the court would either change the 2011 decision or approve Sadushi's interim decision, but in fact this did not happen.

The Joint Colleges upheld the decision to follow the practice established in 2011 and not to leave mud in Sokol Sadushi's face or the shame of his "violent" intervention to make an interim decision while after 12-14 hours the Criminal College would issue a decision regarding the Begtash Zeneli case.

Today, the United Colleges have come out with a clear decision, leaving the unified decision of 2011 in force and making some minor adjustments simply and solely to save Sadushi's face.

To put it briefly, in the final analysis, according to this decision, the prosecutor will have to add two more paragraphs to the letter and this will then be clarified by the court in the decision it issues on the security measure.

From Sadushi's interim decision, we have simply and only one loss that has been justified with some amendments.
