DP MP Belind Këlliçi has reacted on social media to the report of Foreign Minister Ferit Hoxha to the parliamentary committee.

Këlliçi writes that this reporting only served propaganda and not the public interest at all.

Regarding Hoxha's insult to the Albanians of North Macedonia, he states that in other countries if the minister had not resigned, he would have been dismissed.

Among other things, he emphasizes that the minister's narrative does not help either foreign policy or the progress of integration.

The Foreign Minister's report today to the parliamentary committee served neither transparency nor accountability. Therefore, it did not serve the public.

It was a propaganda narrative that does not help our foreign policy or the progress of the integration process at all.

The Minister is not responsible for the message he sent in a communication group with his official collaborators and Ambassadors, that is, not with friends with whom he spends the weekend, where he labels the Albanians of North Macedonia as idiots!

In every country where Mr. Hoxha served as an Albanian official, after this incident, if the minister had not resigned, he would have been dismissed. And he would not have had a chance to show up for work the next day.

But with Edi Rama and his associates, these standards do not apply.!

Today in the Commission, the Minister said that only the official positions that he holds through official channels are important. So, he again admitted that he made the labeling, he insulted the Albanians of North Macedonia, but privately. And since he did it privately, this does not matter. Even though, the group where he sent the humiliating comment was called "Ambassadors".

The minister did not provide any transparency regarding the effect on the integration process of protecting the immunity of Belinda Balluku by vote in the Assembly, accused of abuse of 11 procedures worth 1.2 billion euros, even after the head of the Foreign Affairs Committee in the EP stated that this was a critical test for Albania.

Today's reporting, unfortunately, only served Renaissance propaganda, and not at all the public interest.

And these lines are being written and this position is being made public in this way, since a reply to the Minister was impossible.
