KLJ dismisses the Elbasan judge, denounced for friendship with gangs

The High Judicial Council has dismissed the magistrate Zamira Vyshka, judge at the Court of First Instance of the Elbasan General Jurisdiction.

Thus, the KLJ has accepted the request of the High Inspector of Justice, who initiated the disciplinary investigation against the magistrate, for committing the criminal offense of "Passive corruption of the judge, prosecutor, and other officials of the justice bodies".

The disciplinary investigation conducted by ILD inspectors concluded that the judge was found guilty and was sentenced by the Special Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime.

"Irregular exercise of duty by the magistrate, even for the very nature of the criminal fact committed, constitutes a very serious disciplinary violation, which has brought consequences for the delivery of justice, has seriously discredited the image, authority, dignity and has been damaged the public's trust in the magistrate and in the justice bodies is serious", the HCJ emphasizes.

We remind you that Zamira Vyshka has been denounced for her connection with the gangs of Elbasan.

It was the former head of the Elbasan traffic police, Fadil Mema, who confessed this connection to the media.
