All citizens are recommended to avoid moving towards Elbasan, as the traffic situation is chaotic.

A heavy traffic panorama appears especially at the entrance of Elbasan, right near the roundabout of Bradashes.

The Director of the Traffic Police, Altin Qato, contacted by CNA , said that there are additional police forces on the ground.

"Measures have been taken and there are additional services, but it depends on where you see the services.
