About 5 thousand Greeks are defrauded / "Strofulla" where havoc was

New details have emerged from the "Kryptonite" police operation in Korça, where 2 people were arrested. 

CNA learns that a total of 5,000 Greeks have been defrauded, and through the "Bitcoin" scam, they have received amounts from 3 to 5 thousand euros to invest in cryptocurrencies. 

The investigation showed that Greek citizens were asked to download an application to their computer through which they stole their bank data and money. 

The investigation shows that all 7 people employed by the two arrested were from Fieri.

The illegal activity of the "call center" was carried out in neighborhood no. 2, on "Republika" boulevard, in Korça, in a commercial entity owned by citizen KH, 7 employed persons were undeclared to the tax authorities.

Police have arrested KH, 31 years old and KF, 29 years old. 

From the examination of the computer equipment located in this environment, name lists with telephone contacts and photos of identification documents of Greek citizens, bank transaction receipts, fictitious receipts in "Bitcoin" cryptocurrencies, cryptocurrency addresses, etc. were found.

During this operation, 23 computer units, 1 laptop, 2 mobile phones and other electronic devices, which were used in this illegal activity, were seized as material evidence./ CNA
