Unlike all "online" polls, in the web and TV newsroom of CNA during a communication, the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, was declared the man of the year.

With the arrival of Duman at the head of SPAK, there is a rather big change in the pace of the fight against corruption, there are concrete tangible results.

Despite the criticisms and contestations, sometimes the standards lacking from Duman's subordinates, the fight against corruption has become tougher, more ministers indicted, more criminals behind bars, investigations and scorching files that continue to be investigated.

In institutions that were considered untouchable, there are now directors behind bars. Other officials are expected to have the fate of the corrupt, who are in front of the law and undoubtedly the biggest impetus, the fight against crime and corruption, has been given by the new leader of SPAK, Altin Dumani.

His performance compared to his predecessor is more than spectacular, considering any criticism or dissatisfaction that we as the editorial staff and many media have had towards SPAK.

There are no infallibles, but Mr. Dumani has seen the unwavering will to show that there is hope for the fight against corruption, this with concrete results.

There is an uncompromising fight against organized crime, brought to SPAK with the spirit of the head of the institution, Altin Dumani, who in a few months, has forgiven the Albanians, the most reliable institution.

This is according to several polls that CNA has carried out "online", where SPAK is already seen as an institution that, in addition to accusations, also brings the much-sought-after punishment by citizens for abusers of power and the appropriate response that crime should receive.

Dumani is known by everyone as the prosecutor who did not hesitate to touch the "hot" files of SPAK, where many big "fish" are involved.

SPAK, under the direction of Duman, especially in recent months, continues the investigations for corrupt affairs worth millions of euros, such as incinerators, sterilization, check-up. 

As a result of the investigations in these files, ministers and senior leaders have been arrested, including officials of the Municipality of Tirana.
