Cops in Encro Chat and Sky Ecc/ Dumani reveal information from investigations

The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, during the meeting held this Thursday with journalists, spoke about the use of Encro Chat and Sky Ecc applications.

He indicated that in almost every material, there are names of police officers involved in the conversations in this application.

The head of SPAK stated that keeping these applications does not constitute a criminal offense, since not every conversation that was carried out there constitutes a violation.
