The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, has taken stock of the year 2023.  

In a meeting with journalists, Dumani answered a series of questions related to hot issues that SPAK has considered.  

Dumani said that there are 68 proactive investigations initiated by the media or reports made by various institutions.

Dumani on the case of Berisha

Regarding the "Partizani" case, where former Prime Minister Sali Berisha is also under investigation, Dumani said that the case now belongs to the court.

"SPAK cannot give attributes to the Assembly, which the Constitution did not give it. SPAK not only this case, but also other cases. We acted according to the law", said Dumani in a meeting with journalists.

As for the investigation of Arben Ahmetaj, Mirel Mërtir and Klodian Zoto, he has shown that intensive work is being done.

 "The investigations are intensive. Despite the fact that he has left, he continues to be under investigation," Dumani said.

And for the Tirana incinerator, he has confirmed that investigations are continuing.
