A 36-year-old man in Shkodër has been handcuffed by the police.
The arrested person is a citizen with the initials AN, a resident of Lezhë.
He was wanted by the Police of Lezha, for the criminal offense "Actions contrary to the court's decision".
Further procedural actions with this citizen will be carried out by the Lezhë Police Station.
