Lawyer Adriana Kalaja, in an interview for CNA, spoke about the denunciation made against the member of the Constitutional Court, Marsida Xhaferllari, who is the cohabitant of Enkelejd Alibeaj.

According to Kala, Xhaferllari has participated in every case where the whistleblower was her partner.

Meanwhile, Kalaja said that the head of the parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, will make the President's decree constitutional, but the presence of Xhaferllari undermines the process.

Kalaja appealed for measures to be taken so that in the denunciation made by the opposition, it is far from the conflict of interest.

"Mr. Gaz Bardhi declared that he will take the law decreed by the President to the Constitutional Court. Imagine how Marsida Xhaferllari can react to the request of this group of deputies, when her roommate has a completely opposite approach to all the opposition action. Ms. Xhaferllari was part of the jury, in all cases where her co-habitant was a petitioner. This is absurd, unacceptable. Even if Xhaferllari, in violation of the Constitution and the organic law for the Constitutional Court, does not declare this, does not request resignation, as determined by the law, to take measures so that the decision of the Court is far from the conflict of interest", said Kalaja.

The lawyer has also denounced Xhaferllari in SPAK, while demanding her dismissal./ CNA
