Interpellation with Manastirliu/ Parliament meets today, agenda

Today, the next parliamentary session will take place in the Assembly of Albania.

The session is expected to start at 10:00. MP Bujar Leskaj and Zef Hila have requested an interview with the Minister of Health Ogerta Manastirliu.

On the other hand, there will be a session of questions for the Minister of Education, Evis Kushi.

In support of Article 7, Point 6, Article 2711 of the Assembly Regulations, based on the work calendar for the period March 20 - April 7, 2023,

I ORDER:

I. The meeting of the Assembly in the plenary session of 23.3.2023, 10:00.

II. The agenda of the plenary session is as follows:

1. Miratimi i procesverbalit te seances plenare te dates 16.3.2023.

2. Njoftime.

3. Interpelance me Ministren e Shendetesise dhe çeshtjeve Sociale znj.Ogerta Manastirliu nga

deputeti Bujar Leskaj.

4. lnterpelance me Ministren e Shendetesise dhe çeshtjeve Sociale znj.Ogerta Manastirliu nga deputeti Zef Hila.

5. Pyetje me Ministren e Arsimit dhe Sportit znj.Evis Kushi nga deputetja Erisa Xhixho.

6. Pyetje me Ministren e Arsimit dhe Sportit znj.Evis Kushi nga deputetja Erisa Xhixho.

7. Projektligj "Per nxitjen e perdorimit te energjise nga burimet e rinovueshme".

8. Projektligj "Per ratifikimin e marreveshjes se huas, ndermjet Republikes se Shqiperise dhe Bankes Nderkombetare per Rindertim dhe Zhvillim, per Program in Kombetar te Modernizimit te Sektorit te Ujesjelles-Kanalizimeve ne Shqiperi".

12. Projektligj "Per disa shtesa dhe ndryshime ne ligjin nr. 43/2015 "Per sektorin e energjise elektrike"".

13. Projektligj "Per disa shtesa dhe ndryshime ne ligjin nr. 7/2017 "Per nxitjen e perdorimit te energjise nga burimet e rinovueshme"

14. Projektvendim "Mbi disa shtesa ne vendimin e Kuvendit nr. 86/2018 "Per miratimin e struktutes, organikes dhe klasifikimin e pagave te Zyres se Komisionerit per te Drejten e Informimit dhe Mbrojtjen e te Dhenave Personale'"'.

15. Projektvendim "Mbi disa shtesa ne vendimin e Kuvendit nr. 65/2020 "Per miratimin e struktutes, organikes dhe kategorizimin e pozicioneve te punes ne Komisionin e Prokurimit Publik.

16. Diskutime per 9eshtje jashte rendit te dites (60').

III. The Assembly Services are charged with the publication of the agenda of the plenary session, the notification of the members of the Assembly through electronic means of communication, as well as the preparation of the parliamentary documentation that will be reviewed.
