The Ministry of Finance and Economy has reacted to the action of the police and IKMT in "Prestige Resort", to confiscate two buildings without permission of Irfan Hysenbelli.

Responding to the accusations raised by Hysenbelliu, the Ministry of Finance states that all procedures carried out by public institutions in the 2022-2023 timeframe are in full compliance with the law and the constitution.

According to her, today's procedure is the same as that of the past weeks, when representatives of state institutions have carried out the necessary procedures for the implementation of decision-making.

Ministria deklaron objektet e konfiskuara në pronësi publike do të shërbejnë si hapësira shtesë për institucionet rezidenciale për personat me nevoja ndryshe.  

“Ministria e Financave dhe Ekonomisë ndjen detyrimin të sqarojë se me kërkesë të Shërbimit Social Shteteror, me qëllim sigurimin e hapësirave shtesë dhe të reja për institucionet rezidenciale për ofrimin e sherbimeve sociale për personat me aftësi të kufizuar apo kategorive të tjera vulnerabel, me qëllim përmbushjen e standardeve sa më të mira për marrësit e shërbimeve të ofruara nga institucionet e përkujdesit shoqëror, i ka propozuar Këshillit të Ministrave kalimin e objekteve në pronësi publike, konfiskuar në baze të ligjit dhe akteve nënligjore në zbatim të tij.

All procedures carried out by public institutions in the 2022-2023 timeframe are in full compliance with the law and the constitution. Contrary to what certain parties claim, there is no judicial decision, of any kind, that has suspended state decision-making.
