Incinerator of Fieri/ The court hearing fails again

As has happened in other cases, today the court session for the Fieri incinerator has been postponed again.

This decision was taken after the 12 defendants claimed that they were not yet ready for their defense.

Meanwhile, the defense of the former secretary of the Ministry of Environment, Alqi Bllakos, Florian Muça and Azem Shaterri.

In the session, there were debates regarding the change of charges against SPAK. The lawyers of Alqi Bllakos considered the change as extra-legal and contrary to all legal provisions.
