THE GENERAL PUBLIC, THE MEDIA, THE ALBANIAN GOVERNMENT, THE DIPLOMATIC BODY ACCREDITED IN THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA, THE FEDERAL CENTRAL TAX OFFICE IN THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY

To show the general public how the destruction of a media, when it cannot control or manipulate it, remains the last weapon of an authoritarian and populist government.

To show the media itself, how "media freedom" in Albania is today under a serious technological attack, where the "electronic" force of the state has found new ways to silence them. Found Acromax.

To show the diplomatic body accredited in Albania, how the media in our country is banned or suspended electronically under the government's blessing and this is a reason enough for alarm for them to see the road to the European integration of our country blocked, shown more clearly with the shocking fact that, this year, Albania ranks last in the Balkan region for the media freedom index and in 107th place in the world.

To show the German financial supervision authorities how they abuse German citizens, the German business (with the Acromax Media logo), under their monitoring nose, as easily as an Albanian business or citizen in our country. But our country is not yet an economically integrated state in the EU.

The limitation of the space to the different opinion in Albania has not only worsened drastically in recent years, but those who do not want the free media, as the fourth power, are becoming very creative to finally eliminate it. As in the case of the "NEWSBOMB" portal.

The media company "NEWSBOMB" sh.pk, established on December 10, 2014, is widely known in the national and international territory for the regular publication of a portal and magazine with the same name, typical journalistic activities with a single mission, public information.

Many portals, satirical, media sites and information platforms that attack or criticize the central government, the Municipality of Tirana and the steadfast leaders in them, have been closed, hit with electronic forms, as happened recently with the "NEWSBOMB" portal.

The free voice of the news. Fair news, even if it is derogatory towards the government and the municipality, should be closed, even destroyed, in the Albania of freedom "for stifling the media".

The "NEWSBOMB" portal has been hit by Acromax Media, being blocked or disappeared on all three international platforms for the distribution of its posts, since May 29, 2023. Both on the social network "Instagram", with 34,000 followers, as on the network social network "Tik-Tok", with 10,600 followers, as well as in the social network "Facebook"/Meta, with 220,000 followers.

For the closure of the platforms used by "NEWSBOMB", in networks such as Facebook, Instagram, TIK-TOK, reporting, claim and research, it was carried out by Acromax Media, with the reason of banning the publication of news, that they are published "against the rules of intellectual property".

All media or similar media sites like "NEWSBOMB", have been hit in the same way by Acromax.

Acromax Media Gmbh, is a German company with an address at Neuer Wall 63 20354 Hamburg (Deutschland), where the executive director, according to its official website, appears as Aldor Nini. The company has powers according to the declaration of activity on its official website:

- To protect the rights of the parties, if a website (portal) violates the rights of various subjects, by sending notifications for the removal of unwanted content from the injured party;

– To protect customers from the content of unwanted publications according to the method of "automatic scanning" and "manual";

- To protect the "trademarks and patents" of customers by sending notices against violations, which are made to them on the platforms of electronic Internet services, such as Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, Apple, Deezer, Soundcloud, requesting and blocking providers of illegal sites.

36 singers, Albanian music groups, 6 music studios and 13 televisions (including two main national TVs in Albania), appear advertised on the official website of the company "Acromax Media" GmbH, as contracted by it.

All singers and music studios and television stations are Albanian, none are foreigners, while the company "Acromax Media" GmbH, develops its commercial activity, in Hamburg (Germany) according to German laws, and reporting to the Federal Central Tax Office/Bundeszentralamt für Steuern, of the Federal Republic of Germany.

All Albanian singers, studios and TV stations have concluded a "Contract on rights of use" with "Acromax Media" GmbH, bilingual, German and Albanian.

Is it a fraud that the company "Acromax Media" Gmbh has done to Albanian artists and media, receiving money for "Protection of the brand" or "Sending notices against violations" that are allegedly carried out on electronic platforms?

Aldor Dorian Nini, the Albanian with German citizenship, appears in Albania as a foreign immigrant, and that the Albanian police authorities have allowed him to stay periodically with a residence permit in our country, where for more than 7 years he has contacted, contracted, or deceived artists Albanians, promising the "paradise" of copyrights, despite the fact that the author or the holder of copyrights in Albania is strongly protected by law no. 35/2016 "On copyright and other related rights", a law fully aligned with EU Directives.

In September 2022, in Albania the "German" Albanian, Aldor Nini, created the company "Acromax" shpk, with NIPT M22128032O, while in Germany for many years he appears as a representative/manager of "Acromax Media" Gmbh, identified with VAT-ID: DE256031030 , registered by the Court of Hamburg under number HRB 150385.

ACROMAX – THE 7 LETTER SCAM

Law no. 35/2016 "On Author's Rights", has clearly defined how to protect the legitimate interest of Albanian authors or their rights, including the rights of media service providers. This law has also created the authorities that guarantee the interests of artists and the media in the territory of the Republic of Albania, but also abroad, such as: the Copyright Directorate (DDA), the National Copyright Council (KKDA) or the Agencies of Collective Administration (AAK).

No article of the Albanian law was mentioned, when the Albanian singers and music studios, together with the main TV-media, were contracted by "Acromax Media" Gmbh (Germany), but that in fact the "anti-media" activity was developed in Tirana (Albania ).

Not more than 50 meters from the Government Building and 200 meters from the City Hall is the core of the attack on the free press. The offices of "Acromax" shpk, as an illegal fashion factory in the heart of Tirana Boulevard, with 22 young women, attack "free speech" in Albania, under the guise of the German "Acromax Media". From this fashion, inside a modest apartment, "Strikes", "Reports", "Claims" are sent to Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TIK-TOK, for the closure of platforms that reveal anti- government or anti-government.

The orders of the spokesmen are the daily "bread" that is baked in the "Acromax" fashion offices. Orders and money are paid in Tirana, financial fraud is done in Germany and Albania. Acromax Media Gmbh (Hamburg/Germany), Acromax shpk (Tirana/Albania), Aldor Nini, Government and Municipality are 1.

Together, they are directly responsible for the technological shutdown of the "NEWSBOMB" portal, just like many other media voices, in recent years, every time Pushteti, or Erion Veliaj, is criticized or unmasked.

The "Acromax" factory receives orders to shut down and silence the free voice of the media in Albania, while the giant electronic machine of Google, YouTube, or Facebook, does not know this truth that is happening in Albania and blindly believes the reports of the Government or City Hall strikes.

The government in Albania has erected a facade of electoral legitimacy, eradicating media oppositionism, as a consequence also the political one, with the "Acromax" technological method.

Our "democratic" society is atrophying due to the lack of fair media reporting. Freedom of the press in Albania is being sought to be controlled by a logo registered in Germany, Acromax. Media professionals and opposition influencers on social media are being sought to be killed or "surrender" to the government, with the Acromax "weapon".

This is not an alert for "NEWSBOMB", simply for a portal, but for all the media together. For artists, singers, authors, music studios, our televisions. This is an alarm for the western internationals who read the electronic press in Albania, through the freedom that the government & municipality determines for it.

Freedom of the press is essential in a democracy, but this cannot be just a nice lecture coming from Germany. The freedom of the media has been seriously attacked by the German Acromax, so it is more urgent than ever before that this model state shows us how it protects and guarantees the free press in a fragile democracy like ours.

The Federal Central Tax Office (Bundeszentralamt für Steuern), as the highest federal authority in the Federal Ministry of Finance of Germany, which carries out numerous tasks with a national and international dimension, must tell us whether "Acromax" is salvation or fraud with 7 the font of Albanian artists and media.

It is time for the government and our municipality to distance themselves or become a protective barricade of the Albanian Acromax.

It's time for all the media in Albania to come together, it doesn't matter how much they love or hate each other. It doesn't matter who "NEWSBOMB" is and its owner. They all have the common enemy at their door, 50 meters from the government and 200 meters from the municipality. His name is Acromax!
