The 55-year-old man is saved/ Three complicated interventions are successfully

Three interventions of a very high level of difficulty, in the brain, spine and limbs, were successfully performed by a multidisciplinary team of neurosurgeons, orthopedists and resuscitators at the University Trauma Hospital, saving the life of the 55-year-old patient.

The interventions were carried out thanks to the special skill of the doctors, but also thanks to the high-quality medical materials, such as titanium screws and the device placed inside the brain, available at the Trauma Hospital.

The team that performed the intervention were neurosurgeons, Dr. Fatos Olldashi, Dr. Geldon Fejzo, orthopedic doctors, Dr. Viktor Marku, Dr. Drini Bardhi, Anesthetist-Reanimator Dr. Rexhina Sturçe, Flutura Balla assistant anesthesiologist, Sokol Xhafaj and instrumentalist Elsa Agalliu./CNA
