The Kukes Prosecution Office confiscates the assets of the family members of FD, who was arrested in London on charges of attempted murder, drug trafficking and money laundering.

This citizen had a business, a plot of land, and other real estate confiscated.

The Kukes Prosecution Office seizes the assets of the family members of the FD citizen arrested in London for 'Drug Trafficking' and 'Money Laundering'

At the request of the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Kukës, the assets of the family members of citizen FD were confiscated under the charge of the criminal offense "Laundering of proceeds of criminal offense or criminal activity" provided for by Article 287 of the Criminal Code.

 

This citizen, arrested by the London Metropolitan Police for the criminal offense of "Attempted Murder", has also been under investigation by the National Crime Agency in England for the criminal offenses of "Drug Trafficking" and "Money Laundering".

 

After seizing the assets of the citizen in question, the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Kukës confiscated the following assets:

 

- Property of the type "Unit" with an area of ??100m2;

 

- Property of the type "Plot" with an area of ??64m2 and a "building" of 64m2; and

 

- Property no. 7/285-N3, with an area of ??30m2./ CNA
