Lawyer Visha: In SPAK and GJKKO there are mechanisms that cannot be bought with money

Lawyer and president of the Criminal Lawyers Association, Saimir Visha, has excluded SPAK and GJKKO from corruption schemes.

Invited to the show "Kafe Shqeto", Visha stated that SPAK and GJKKO have mechanisms that cannot be bought with lek.

He emphasized that there are other filters to be introduced into SPAK and GJKKO.

"I think that SPAK and GJKKO are excluded from the scheme, the mechanisms cannot be bought with lek. There are other filters to enter the GJKKO. The other courts, Shkodra, Lezha, are of a low-level category. Having houses in Tirana, since they are judges and they think they are the pashalars of this country, they come from the districts in Tirana. They rush towards the Criminal Court, where the lek is fast. There are no payments in the Civil Court. The Criminal Court is very vulnerable. It has never happened in history that as soon as you finish school you enter the Tirana Court", said Visha./ CNA
