Lawyer Sajmir Visha, invited to the show "Kafe Shqeto" with journalists Flavio Qarri and Greta Togani, spoke about the Draft of the New Criminal Code.

Visha criticized the public stances of the director of the School of Magistrates Arben Rakipi, saying that he cannot go out in the media and say that he is a standard of cleanliness. Sajmir Visha said that Rakipi is a chameleon and has not yet made it transparent who the commission for the proposal of the Criminal Code is and how much they were paid.

Among other things, he said that the lawyers graduating from Arben Rakipi's school are of a very low level.

The proposal for the New Penal Code is political. Arben Rakipi is a chameleon, we do not yet know who the commission is and how much money they received. Arben Rakipi cannot go to the media and say that he is a standard of cleanliness, declared Visha.

 

Regarding the Draft New Criminal Code, Visha said that there is inappropriate terminology in some cases and there are penalties for lawyers and citizens for minor criminal offenses.

"The Criminal Code is very important, but it has benefits for the convicted, but many penalties for lawyers.

There is terminology that is not even used in the vernacular, such as marriage with difficulty, we barely say it to our intestines, the term is intimidation.
