The Special Court today passed the case file against Socialist MP Plarent Ndreca and 15 other people, officials or former officials of the Bidding Commission, for trial.
They are being investigated for the issue related to tenders for the reconstruction of police stations.
SPAK claims that Ndreca abused his position. This concerns the period when Ndreca was Secretary General of the Ministry of Interior,
There are 15 other defendants included in the file.
Also defendants in the case are Denisa Skënderaj, Blendi Kovi, Ferdinant Tarazhi, Grida Isufi, Jonarda Qurku, Lindita Mukaj, Silva Dauti, Denisa Klosi, Julia Hysa, Elora Kokalari, Aida Shehi, Klejdi Meço, Emiliano Mehmeti and Erand Rroboçi.
