The High Court today dismissed the appeal of MP Monika Kryemadhi, leaving in force the seizure of the villa in Kodra e Diellit. The court dismissed Kryemadhi's appeal, which sought to overturn the two decisions of the First Instance and the Appeals Court of the Kosovo Court of Cassation and Justice regarding the seizure of the villa.

We recall that in December of last year, the Special Court of Appeal lifted the seizure of the villa of Kryemadhi's mother, also at the Kodra e Diellit residence in Tirana. 

Based on the request of SPAK, the Special Court of First Instance has imposed the "preventive sequestration" property insurance measure for two properties owned by Monika Kryemadhi and her mother, Fatime Kryemadhi.

Specifically, two villas with the same surface area have been seized, with ground floors of 152 m2, of which 82 m2 is a flat and 70 m2 is a veranda; the first floors are 79 m2 each; the second floors are 51 m2 and a veranda of 27.9 m2 and the underground floors are 139 m2 each./CNA
