Exclusive-SPAK Operation/ Socialist officials arrested for leaking investigative

Two officials of the Socialist Party and Rilindja, one a former head of the IMT and the other a former head of the Vlora prison, have been detained by a decision of the GJKKO following the request of prosecutor Bledar Maksuti, who has begun an intensive investigation to extract several documents and arrested persons who are part of the investigative processes carried out by SPAK prosecutors and Judicial Police officers.

The two arrested people are Zambak Gjoni, the former head of Vlora prison, and Artjon Rrokaj, the former head of IMT.

Both of these individuals were questioned by prosecutors because, in collaboration with each other, they provided the media and other individuals with materials and investigative documents that are currently being developed in the process.

There is still no further information about these people, but what is known is that they are officials who collaborate with other individuals in the Socialist Party, claiming to conduct private investigations, but in fact these documents seem more likely to have been used for blackmail or at certain times to have been published to divert attention from public issues that were being discussed at certain times.

A very intensive investigation has begun with the questioning of several people who had knowledge or are suspected of having been able to secure through cybercrimes or the extraction of documents from the computers of Judicial Police officers or SPAK prosecutors.
