Online registrations open for class 10/ Receipts with e-stamp

Starting today, July 7, applications for tenth grade registrations can be made at any time on the e-Albania portal, including vocational and part-time high schools for people over 18 years old. Currently, the e-Albania portal continues applications for registrations in the first class, while this year's innovation is the issuance of electronic receipts through the Pre-University Information Management System, which will arrive in the personal accounts of parents and guardians on the portal e-Albania.

For parents or legal guardians who will register their children in the tenth grade, through e-Albania, a simple application procedure is offered that can be completed in just a few minutes. ( click here )

It is enough, after identifying on the portal as a citizen, to select the service found named: "Tenth grade registration" and to select the specific profile of the school that the child will attend.

If applicants select gymnasium or oriented high school , the electronic form is filled automatically. Legal guardians, in every case of application, must upload the verification document, while only in the case of sports schools, the medical report must be uploaded. The release certificate, which was previously uploaded as a separate document, is now automatically sent to the school where registration is requested, through the interaction of electronic systems. The deadline for applications is July 20, and from reports so far, the process is proceeding normally and without delays.

The same procedure is carried out for applications in secondary vocational schools , but the selection of the school is made regardless of the geographical area or residence. In the tenth grade of vocational secondary education, students of no older than 18 years of age are admitted and are allowed to attend school until the age of 22. Student admissions to vocational schools are without competition.

Meanwhile, for part-time gymnasium registrations over 18 years old, applications are made by the interested parties themselves, through their personal account, on the e-Albania portal.

The time available for enrollment in vocational high schools and part-time gymnasiums will be longer and the deadline will be September 30.

Cancellation or de-registration of the application is possible up to one day before the start of school, creating yet another facility in this year's online procedures.

From June 17, meanwhile, applications for registrations in the first class continue ( click here ) and will remain open until July 20. From the directorate of the government portal e-Albania, it is learned that until today over 22,000 applications for registration in the first grade have been made, while it is estimated that about 28 thousand children will sit in the school benches for the first time.

School receipts, now with an electronic stamp!

For the second year in a row, parents were notified of their children's teacher evaluations electronically through SMIP. However, this year's innovation is that the final grades for public schools will be provided electronically stamped and distributed to parents and legal guardians in their account on the e-Albania portal. Another plus for the digitization of education in the country and a new standard of parent-teacher communication.

The advantages of the Pre-University Information Management System, in the long term, are even greater. Digitization, synchronization of data in real time and the creation of a state database for pre-university education will be of added help in the design of efficient policies and in the accurate and realistic analysis of each situation.
