He is accused of stalking and violence/ The court gives the decision for the VIP

The Tirana court has today issued a security measure for the manager of VIPs, citizen AN, who is accused of stalking and violence against his co-habitant.

It is learned that the court has set the measure of "house arrest" until the deposit of the property guarantee, for the manager of the VIPs.

Also, the AN citizen has been prohibited from leaving the territory of Albania without the authorization of the judge, this measure will be applied during the time he will be under the insurance measure "property guarantee".  

As a result, the VIP manager's passport and other identification documents used for leaving the country were blocked by the prosecutor.

In the meantime, we recall that citizen AN was arrested on July 4 by the services of police station No. 4 in Tirana.

His arrest was made by order of the prosecutor's office after a report by his co-habitant for stalking and violence.
