5 towers will be built below the dam of the Artificial Lake of Tirana, in the place where there is currently a parking lot of the Municipality.

The National Council of the Territory has approved the construction permit for the 5 towers.

They will have 17 floors, with a total construction area of ??228,000 square meters above ground and 97,000 square meters underground.

According to the documents of the National Council of the Territory, the land that is developed through this project is 32 thousand and 450 square meters.

The towers will be built by two companies and will have residential and service functions.

The project envisages that the construction will take place in two phases. In the first phase, construction work will be carried out on 105 thousand square meters, while the remaining part will be built in the second phase./ CNA.al
