The Court of Tirana has set the measure "obligation to appear" for the 5 officials who were issued arrest warrants in the context of Iran's cyber attacks.

The prosecution requested the measure "house arrest" for the 5 IT employees in the Department of Public Administration (DAP), but the Court rejected the request.

This is the first step of the Tirana prosecutor's office regarding cyber attacks.

Alketa Sulo - Specialist, IT Sector in the Department of Public Administration, Responsible, IT Sector in the Ministry of the Interior;

Altin Sallaku - Head, IT Sector in the Department of Public Administration,

Responsible, IT Sector in the General Directorate of Prisons'

Rudina Llagami - Specialist, IT Sector in the Department of Public Administration;

Igli Lubonja - Specialist, IT Sector in the Department of Public Administration;

Albi Gjeka - Specialist, IT Sector in the Department of Public Administration.

We remind you that earlier the prosecution requested information in 18 states. Because the attacks were carried out by the Iranians, the investigation was focused on the Albanian administration.

The two attacks took place in July and September, where first the government servers were attacked and then the police TIMS system. /CNA.al
